Who is responsible for your information

If you make a project enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, organisation and the details you provide about your requirements. Indicative budget, target timeframe and further information about your current challenge are optional. We also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and enquiry service.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry information to review and respond to your request, understand potential requirements, prevent misuse of the enquiry service and maintain relevant business correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting the service, except where another legal basis is required by law.

Service providers and sharing

The website is currently hosted by Vercel. When online enquiry delivery is enabled, submissions are sent to our company mailbox using Resend. These providers process information on our behalf to host the website, protect requests and deliver email. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature and outcome of the enquiry.
